Zbit Semiconductor, Inc. is a fabless memory design start-up based in Hefei and Shanghai. Our leading edge products include low cost SPINOR Flash, low density NAND Flash and EEPROM. Zbit has already established strategic relationship with the major wafer foundry partners and packaging manufacturers in China.
Zbit is also cooperating with the University of Science and Technology of China to research and develop in-memory computing AI acceleration chips for IOT and wearable applications.

Founded in 2015, Zbit has two SPI NOR Flash product lines on the market: 3V 4Mb -256Mb and 1.8V 4Mb-128Mb. Our NOR Flash products are widely used in various consumer and industrial applications such as: mobile phone, IOT, computer, HDTV/STB, Bluetooth, industry control, USB Key systems.
Zbit technical team was awarded the 2015 Anhui Top Technology Talent Team and the 2017 Most Promising Startup in Hefei.
Zbit provides currently provides two SPI NOR Flash products lines: 1）ZB25LQ family low power 1.8V family, and 2）ZB25Q /ZB25D 3V family. The density range varies from 4Mbit to 256Mbit. With read speed up to 120MHz and Standard/Dual/Quad I/O operations, Zbit SPI NOR Flash supports higher data transfer speed of 240Mbit/s for Dual SPI and 480Mbit/s for Quad SPI.
Zbit’s products have the merits of low power consumption with as low as 1uA standby current, high reliability with 10 years data retention and 100,000 Program/Erase cycles, and with wide operating temperature ranges from -40℃～+85℃ and -40℃～+105℃.
